We currently do not accept traditional insurance for our programs. Instead, we offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees. This approach allows us to provide faster access to care, predictable monthly costs, and simplified treatment without insurance approvals or delays.

What medications do your doctors prescribe?

Our licensed medical providers may prescribe FDA-approved GLP-1 medications when clinically appropriate. Treatment plans are personalized and may include medications such as semaglutide or tirzepatide, depending on your health history, goals, and medical evaluation.

Yes. Our plans are designed to be simple and comprehensive. When prescribed by one of our licensed providers, your medication and prescription management are included in the program, along with ongoing medical support and progress monitoring throughout your treatment.

Returns

We cannot accept returns of prescription medications. All sales are final. If you think there was an error with your prescription medication or your medication was damaged during shipment, please contact us through the patient portal within 48 hours of delivery.

Subscription policy

You can easily cancel or restart your treatment plan anytime from within your online patient portal. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts. Please note that canceling your treatment plan in the portal will not cancel any active medication orders that have already been sent to the pharmacy. Once a medication order has entered a pending status or shipped, no refund can be provided for that payment period.
