3. Platform Role, Medical Group Relationship & Provider Relationship
The platform is a technology service that facilitates telehealth services delivered by independent, licensed medical providers (“Providers”) through affiliated medical groups.
Telehealth services and medical oversight are delivered through a partner medical group and clinical network, including Arora Health and Aesthetics, which provides medical directorship and supports clinical compliance.
The platform does not provide medical care and does not practice medicine.
Use of the Website does not establish a provider-patient relationship.
A provider-patient relationship is formed only after a Provider accepts a consultation and required intake and consent are completed.
Providers exercise independent clinical judgment and may decline treatment or prescriptions.
4. Telehealth Consent
Before receiving telehealth services, you will be required to review and sign an informed consent for telemedicine explaining the risks, benefits, and limitations of virtual care.
5. Service Areas & Licensure
Telehealth services are available nationwide through affiliated medical providers.
Providers delivering care through the platform are licensed in the states where patients are located. Availability may vary based on provider availability, state regulations, and clinical appropriateness.
If you are located in a jurisdiction where a licensed provider is not available, you may not be able to receive care.
6. Not for Emergencies
The Services are not intended for medical emergencies.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
7. Prescriptions & Medical Limitations
Providers may prescribe medications when medically appropriate.
No guarantee is made that a prescription will be issued.
Providers may require an in-person evaluation before prescribing.
Controlled substances and medications prohibited by federal or state law are not prescribed.
Prescriptions, when issued, may be fulfilled by licensed partner pharmacies.
